Welcome to the website for the Lake City/Continental Divide Snowmobile Club located in Historic Lake City, Colorado. The Club maintains over 112 miles of multi-use trails that run along and on both sides of the Continental Divide. High points of the trails  are Hill 71, which provides breathtaking views of Lake San Cristobal and north to the West Elk Range, Trail 9A which takes you to North Clear Creek Falls, and some really great powder.

 

Notice: Trails have been marked but should be used with caution until more snow has covered rocks on trails.

Club meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of every month, at 7:00PM.

 

Special Events: Lake City Winter Festival - February 2012. Balloonfest will be February 10, 11,and 12. Check back for other events. Snowmobiling and hot air balloons on Lake San Cristobal, ice climbing, skiing at Lake City Ski Hill or in the backcountry, Hinsdale Haute Route hikes.  For information call 970-944-2311 (Lake City Auto) or the Chamber of Commerce at 970-944-2527.
